Project Management Associate – Non-Tech Projects

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST | Monday–Friday

About the Role

Hidani Tech is looking for a Project Management Associate with at least 1 year of experience managing non-technical projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project execution, improving processes, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage non-tech projects from start to completion.
- Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Maintain project trackers, roadmaps, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Track tasks, deadlines, KPIs, and project progress.
- Conduct meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays and drive timely resolution.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Non-Tech Project Management.




- Experience managing operations, HR, sales, marketing, or business projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Preferred

- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or similar project management tools.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with project reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement.

Note: This is a strictly Non-Tech Project Management role. Software development or technical project management experience is not required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
