- Overall management and implementation of DDU-GKY 2.0 project.
- Monitor training centre operations, targets and performance.
- Coordinate Centre Managers, Trainers, MIS, Mobilization, Quality and Placement teams.
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs and documentation.
- Monitor enrolment, training, assessment, certification, placement and tracking.
- Review MIS, reports and project KPIs and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate with government authorities and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular centre visits and resolve operational issues.
- Lead and monitor the project team to achieve targets and quality standards.
Requirements
- Mandatory DDU-GKY experience.
- 3+ years of experience in DDU-GKY / skill development projects.
- Experience managing training centres and project teams.
- Good knowledge of DDU-GKY MIS, compliance and operational processes.
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
Preference: Candidates with proven experience managing DDU-GKY projects/centres will be strongly preferred.
Pay: From ₹540,000.00 per year
