Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and manage expectations
- Lead project planning, execution, and reporting
• Oversee SDLC phases: requirement gathering, design, development,
testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members
- Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset
- Support recruitment and business growth
- Travel for client meetings (domestic/international)
You Bring:
- 4+ Years experience in Project Management
- Solid project and client management skills
- Technical understanding and risk mitigation ability
- Experience with mid-size teams and international clients
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and forecasting skills
- QA background preferred
• Ability to manage SDLC efficiently and align it with business goals
