Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera (P6).
- Track project progress against milestones, timelines, and budgets.
- Work closely with the project execution, procurement, and engineering teams to gather and analyze project data.
- Prepare and update project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in preparing and maintaining the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Resource Allocation Plans.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with project planning standards.
- Support cost control, including monitoring of expenditures and forecasting.
- Participate in site visits and coordinate with site teams for status updates.
