Role Description This full-time, in office Project Engineer role is based in Chennai and focuses on managing MEP projects from design through execution.

The Project

Engineer will coordinate project plans, prepare technical documentation, and support detailed engineering for electrical, HVAC, fire safety, and automation systems. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role also involves reviewing drawings, resolving technical issues on site, preparing reports,



and supporting project budgeting and scheduling to achieve timely, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to MEP design-and-build environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with HVAC, fire safety, and building automation concepts and standards.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Candidates should possess the ability to interpret technical drawings, use relevant engineering software, and apply safety and quality regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently and within cross-functional teams on site.
