Hiring: Project Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Project Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, sales coordination, follow-ups, proposals, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and business development.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare technical & commercial proposals/quotations.
- Coordinate with Technical, Project, Production & Dispatch teams.
- Track orders, deliveries, and keep customers updated.
- Maintain leads, enquiries, quotations, and customer records.
- Build strong customer relationships and support sales conversion.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.

What We’re Looking For





- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Project Coordination / Business Development.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Good spoken and written English & Hindi.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling.

Preferred Experience Candidates from Industrial Equipment, Renewable Energy, Biomass, Waste-to-Energy, Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC or B2B Sales will be preferred.
