PROJECT COORDINATOR – PLUMBING OPERATIONS & QUALITY CONTROL

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Future Concepts provides complete plumbing solutions for premium villas, residential developments, commercial buildings, hospitality projects and other construction projects. Our services include plumbing consultation, engineering, material supply, execution, testing, commissioning and after-sales support.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible plumbing professional to coordinate our ongoing projects, supervise plumbing partners and ensure that all work meets Future Concepts’ quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate multiple ongoing plumbing projects across Trivandrum and nearby locations
- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules for plumbing partners
- Communicate with clients, contractors, site engineers and plumbing teams
- Check site readiness, drawings, materials and labour requirements
- Monitor daily work progress, manpower attendance and project timelines
- Inspect hot-water, cold-water, sewage, drainage, vent, tank, pump and sanitary installations
- Check pipe routes, sizes, slopes, levels, joints, clamps and supports
- Inspect concealed plumbing before wall closing, flooring, backfilling or ceiling closing
- Witness pressure tests, leakage tests and drainage-flow tests
- Identify defective workmanship and issue snag lists for correction
- Verify corrections before approving the next stage of work




- Maintain site photographs, videos, inspection checklists and test reports
- Update project details through WhatsApp groups, CRM and Google Sheets
- Coordinate material requirements and prevent material shortage or wastage
- Support testing, commissioning, client handover and after-sales follow-up
- Submit a consolidated daily progress and quality report to management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

- ITI Plumbing, Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
- Candidates with strong practical plumbing experience may also apply
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plumbing-project execution or supervision
- Experience in residential, villa, apartment or commercial plumbing projects
- Sound knowledge of water supply, sewage, drainage, sanitaryware, pumps, tanks and pressure systems
- Ability to understand plumbing drawings, BOQs and technical specifications
- Basic working knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and team-coordination skills
- Malayalam communication is essential; working English is preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are required
- Must be willing to travel regularly between project sites

SALARY & BENEFITS
- ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on knowledge and experience
- Fuel/travel allowance
- Mobile allowance, if applicable

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

- Initial three-month probation period
- Performance will be evaluated based on technical quality, reporting discipline, project coordination, timely completion and client satisfaction
- Selected candidate must successfully complete a technical interview and practical site assessment
