ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
- Verify incoming invoices and supporting documents.
- Conduct random compliance checks for contract workers.
- Verify attendance and wage payments.
- Monitor payment of ESI, PF and other statutory contributions.
- Handle insurance, safety and company compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with BoCW and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate electricity payments and related administrative activities.




- Handle and coordinate inspections by statutory authorities.
- Interact and coordinate with the JLL team at the project/site level.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to project compliance.

CANDIDATE CHECKLIST

4+ years of relevant experience Any Degree Strong knowledge of ESI, PF & Labour Laws Contract Labour Compliance experience Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat Construction project experience preferred Experience interacting with external/statutory inspectors Tamil – Native proficiency English – Working proficiency Hindi – Added Advantage Presentable with good communication skills Candidates residing within 5 km of the workplace preferred Vehicle ownership – Added Advantage Immediate joiners preferred

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

- Fixed-term contract
- Initial probation: 6 months
- Thereafter, contract renewed annually based on project duration and requirements
