ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
- Verify incoming invoices and supporting documents.
- Conduct random compliance checks for contract workers.
- Verify attendance and wage payments.
- Monitor payment of ESI, PF and other statutory contributions.
- Handle insurance, safety and company compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with BoCW and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate electricity payments and related administrative activities.
- Handle and coordinate inspections by statutory authorities.




- Interact and coordinate with the JLL team at the project/site level.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to project compliance.

✅ CANDIDATE CHECKLIST

☑️ 4+ years of relevant experience

☑️ Any Degree

☑️ Robust knowledge of ESI, PF & Labour Laws

☑️ Contract Labour Compliance experience

☑️ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat

☑️ Construction project experience preferred

☑️ Experience interacting with external/statutory inspectors

☑️ Tamil – Native proficiency

☑️ English – Working proficiency

☑️ Hindi – Added Advantage

☑️ Presentable with good communication skills

☑️ Candidates residing within 5 km of the workplace preferred

☑️ Vehicle ownership – Added Advantage

☑️ Immediate joiners preferred

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

- Fixed-term contract
- Initial probation: 6 months
- Thereafter, contract renewed annually based on project duration and requirements
