ArchPro is looking for Project Architects with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our project delivery team in Chennai.

We have multiple residential and interior projects under execution across Chennai and are looking for professionals who can take ownership of project coordination and execution, work closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams, and ensure projects are delivered with precision while maintaining the approved design intent.

Role Overview

As a Project Architect, you will ensure design intent is preserved throughout the project while managing day-to-day team operations. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and aligned with client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, project management capabilities, design expertise, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across clients, consultants,



vendors, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Protect design intent throughout project delivery and ensure execution matches the approved design.
- Coordinate with clients, design partners, consultants, and site teams as the project's single point of contact.
- Review drawings for quality, coordination, and buildability before release.
- Manage design reviews, project documentations, and Minutes of Meetings.
- Resolve site queries and coordinate design changes to avoid rework.
- Maintain accurate drawing registers, decision logs, and project records.
- Drive timely communication and issue resolutions across all stakeholders.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Comfortable using AI and digital tools for project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai, with flexibility to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

- A degree in B.Arch (or equivalent)
- 2–6 years across residential and interior projects - time spent on both the design table live sites strongly preferred.
