We are seeking an experienced PMC professional to lead multiple renewable energy projects across India, including Solar, Wind, BESS and PSP , ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements .

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Lead end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities from planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to project closure.
/n
Manage clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities .
/n
Drive project progress, quality, HSE, risk management and contractual compliance .
/n
Lead and develop onsite/offsite PMC teams across multiple project locations.
/n
Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, MIS, invoicing, payment realization and project profitability .
/n




Manage vendors, site administration and project operations .
/n
Support operational sales and current business development .
/n

Candidate Profile

/n

/n
Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
/n
Around 15 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector .
/n
Solid experience in Solar and/or Wind projects , preferably in PMC/EPC settings .
/n
Proven experience managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams .
/n
Strong leadership, client management, commercial and project execution skills.
/n
Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India .
/n
