Role & Responsibilities Production Planning (PP) Skills

/n

/n
- Master Data:



Creating and managing Work Centers, Routings, and Bills of Materials.
/n
- Planning & MRP: Running Material Requirements Planning, setting planning strategies, and handling lot sizes and forecast demand.
/n
- Shop Floor Control: Creating, releasing, confirming, and tracking production orders.
/n
- Capacity Planning: Balancing finite and infinite machine and labor workload responsibilities
/n

Preferred candidate profile

/n

/n
- Quality Planning: Defining inspection methods, sampling procedures, and master inspection characteristics.
/n
- Quality Inspection: Managing incoming goods, in-process production checks, and final product inspections.
/n
- Quality Control & Notifications: Handling defects, recording results, and triggering quality notifications or corrective actions.
/n
- Batch Management: Tracking material batches and shelf-life expiration parameters
