Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives

- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs,



and performance reviews

- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies

- Build and maintain solid client relationships through effective communication
