About the role

/n

We're looking for a Sales Lead who can do two things at once: close deals personally and sharpen the people around them. You'll own a pipeline of leads end-to-end — from first response through signed contract — while mentoring 2–4 junior reps on prospecting, pitching, and objection handling. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to sell and build the sales muscle of a growing team, not manage from the sidelines. We care more about your results than your stack. If you've built a process that consistently converts leads into closed deals, we want to hear how you did it.

What you'll do

/n

● Source and build your own pipeline of leads through outbound prospecting, alongside whatever inbound comes in

/n

● Own and close that pipeline end-to-end — from first response through proposal, pricing negotiation, and signed deal

/n





● Run client calls and demos, walking prospects through Filmbaker's offering and pricing

/n

● Mentor and coach junior sales reps on prospecting, pitching, call quality, and objection handling

/n

● Help shape sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and call scripts based on what's actually converting

/n

● Track funnel performance — response rates, meeting rates, close rates — and use that to coach the team ● Work closely with the production/creative team to scope projects accurately before they're quoted

● Spot new verticals, industries, or client segments worth pursuing

/n

What we're looking for

/n

● 3–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in an agency, SaaS, creative services, or video/content production setting

/n

● A track record of personally closing mid-ticket deals (roughly ₹50K–₹5L+ range)

/n

● A clear, repeatable process for sourcing leads and moving them through a funnel to close
