Roles and Responsibility
Manage and control all channels of business to achieve targets.
Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of Off Roll employees.
Maintain delinquency on the portfolio in line with the Product Segment.
Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally.
Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.
Engage effectively with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Solid knowledge of Lead fulfillment, Field Activity, and existing Database management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
