Applicant should be Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, with min 10 years'
experience in Quality Control and inspection of Castings, Forgings, Fabrication and machining components.
Should have process knowledge of Casting, Forging, and Fabrication.
Should be Qualified ASNT level II certification in NDT techniques - VT , UT , MT, RT and PT .
Should have experience in Preparation of QAP, Inspection checklist and Manufacturing Process Plan .
Should have experience liaising with customer and TPI inspection agency for inspection and clearance .
Should have knowledge of ASME , ASTM and EN standards.
Should be an internal auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 . Preferably at least one.
Should have Valuable Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.
