About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns while continuously working towards improving leads, conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key performance metrics.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
Conduct audience research,
competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign planning.
Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
Identify prospects to scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
Track and analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.
Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Advertising.
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
