Job Title: Programmatic SEO Specialist

Role Summary

You will lead and scale our Programmatic SEO strategy by creating and structuring SEO-optimized content for high-

volume publishing. Your work will focus on creating crawlable, keyword-rich content templates and collaborating with development and marketing teams to ensure consistent performance and visibility.

Responsibilities

- Own and expand the programmatic SEO content strategy
- Create and structure scalable, SEO-optimized content
- Deliver ~9–10 programmatic content pages per week across key solutions
- Collaborate with web development and design teams to build content templates
- Use WordPress to format, publish, and optimize SEO content
- Ensure content is structured for search engine crawlability and ranking
- Track performance, analyse data,



and iterate on strategy based on SEO trends

Requirements / Skills

- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and programmatic SEO
- Proven experience creating high-volume, scalable content
- Working knowledge of WordPress and publishing workflows
- Understanding of HTML and CSS basics for content formatting
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design/dev/marketing)
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing based on SEO KPIs
- Conversational fluency in English
- Able to overlap at least 2 hours/week with the US team (morning PT or evening ET)
