We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Enterprise Digital Transformation to lead this transformation journey across our international businesses.

Position Summary The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, governing, and delivering multiple strategic digital transformation programs across Karan Group's businesses.

This role requires a robust combination of project management expertise, business process understanding, technology implementation, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and leadership.

The successful candidate will manage multiple technology initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business strategy, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Portfolio Management

· Lead multiple enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives simultaneously.

· Develop annual technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

· Prioritize projects based on business value and strategic importance.

· Establish project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.

· Monitor project portfolio health and executive reporting.

· Ensure timely delivery within approved scope, budget, and quality.

2. Enterprise Application

Lead implementation and enhancement of:

· ERP Systems

· Retail Fuel Management System

· Fleet Management System

· HRMS

· Performance Management System (PMS)

· Customer Loyalty Platform

· Document Management System

· CRM

· Mobile Applications

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- MBA (Preferred)

Experience

- 10–15 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years managing enterprise technology projects/programs.
- Preferred Industry: Retail, Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG, Distribution, Consulting
- Experience in evaluating, implementing, or managing AI-enabled business solutions, intelligent automation, enterprise productivity tools, or Generative AI initiatives will be a significant advantage.
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in multinational organizations.
- Exposure to Retail, Petroleum, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG or Distribution sectors preferred.
- Experience managing international implementations is highly desirable.
