Product/Program Manager – Global Master Data Management

Responsibilities

- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the

Enterprise Master Data Management solutions for a

Leading Global Chemicals & Manufacturing Company

.

- Act as Product Manager for

Business Partner Master Data and lead the future expansion towards

Material Master Data

.

- Partner with Corporate Data Governance organizations, business process experts, and business stakeholders to translate governance requirements into scalable and sustainable digital solutions.

- Collaborate with business, architecture, and product teams to ensure master data solutions effectively support enterprise business processes.

- Drive product-related change initiatives, supporting business transformation and process harmonization across regions and organizations.

- Steer a wide variety of stakeholders and resolve conflicting interests from different parties, facilitating alignment across complex global environments.

- Lead and develop global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.

- Ensure reliable product operations while continuously improving services, processes, and product capabilities.

- Contribute to

SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and support the evolution of the enterprise master data landscape.

Qualifications

- 10+ yrs of Industry experience with At least

5 years of experience as Product Manager, IT Product Manager, Program Manager, or a similar leadership role.





- Solid understanding of

Business Partner Master Data and its role across end-to-end business processes.

- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, preferably

Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, or Commercial Operations

.

- Ability to understand how master data supports and impacts business operations and process execution.

- Proven experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives

.

- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, escalations, and conflicting priorities.

- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

- Ability to operate effectively within large multinational and matrix organizations

.

- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

- Excellent international business English.

- Experience supporting

SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

.

Preferred

- Experience with

SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG)

.

- Experience with

Material Master Data

.

Ideal Candidate A senior product leader with strong business process expertise, proven change management and stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive global master data initiatives in a complex multinational environment. Technical SAP MDG configuration expertise is not required, while a solid understanding of

Business Partner Master Data from a business and process perspective is essential
