Job Title: Program Manager II **Location: Bangalore

Work Type: Onsite** The Top Key Responsibilities:

- Lead as an Accounting Program Manager to provide project support and assistance to the client's business and technology teams with the design of new products or offerings and set-up of financial systems to ensure appropriate business support and controllership
- Responsible for consultation, oversight and implementation of cross functional projects
- Manage and prioritize work for the assigned portfolio; work directly or indirectly with various stakeholder teams and monitor quality to ensure standards are maintained
- Identify and communicate project risks to senior leadership, along with clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation
- Provide leadership and technical guidance in executing large scale process implementations and improvements within new business launches and existing processes and controls; define scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders




- Work collaboratively with the global accounting, tech, finance, tax and business teams to establish and maintain communication channels
- Hire, develop talent and actively participate in Accounting recruiting effort

Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- ACCA, CA, CPA equivalent professional qualification

Preferred Skills

- Master's degree
- PMP certificate
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Technical Accounting Knowledge
