Fresher | Full time | Bengaluru | Immediate joiners preferred The Role

Start your career in Learning & Development. You will help build and deliver training that makes people better at their jobs- across behavioural skills, sales, leadership, operations and academics. You will learn from senior trainers, and you will be in front of a room early.

WhatYouWill Do
Facilitate and deliver classroom, virtual and blended sessions
Build the content- decks, activities, role plays, assessments
Work with HR,Sales, Operations and Academic teams to pick up training needs
Run the training calendar- scheduling, attendance, records, reports
Collect feedback and help measure whether the training changed anything

Graduatefroma Top50NIRF-rankedinstitution, any discipline- MUST
Solid spokenand written communication; confident addressing a group
Realinterest in teaching, coaching and working with people
Abletoworkextendedhours, including weekends, when training schedules demand it
