Scale Labs is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for D2C brands. (Full time, Remote). Freelancers should NOT apply.

Responsibilities:
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Manage conversion, lead generation, and shopping campaigns
Set up and monitor tracking systems including Pixel, GA4, and Shopify
Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better ROI
Work closely with creative teams to improve ad performance
Coordinate with clients on campaign updates and reporting

Requirements:
Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (ROAS, CPC, CAC, CTR)
Familiarity with tracking tools like Pixel, GA4, and Shopify preferred
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable handling client communication and updates
Execution-focused mindset with attention to detail
Agency experience preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant performance marketing experience
Immediate joiners preferred
