UpNex Solutions is looking for an organized, articulate, and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support a US-based property management client. You'll be the central point of contact between US property managers, tenants, and vendors, keeping every maintenance request moving from open to resolved.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for US property managers, tenants, and service vendors via phone and email. Log, schedule, track, and close out maintenance requests from start to finish. Follow up persistently with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality repairs. Handle urgent issues quickly, keep status trackers accurate, and share regular progress updates. Spot recurring maintenance trends and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

Robust communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once. Intermediate experience in a coordination, dispatch, or client-support role. Available for hybrid work with US-hours overlap.
