Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Kronos (UKG) Consultant with expertise in Workforce Management solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Dimensions/Workforce Central, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
Manage Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Workforce configurations.
Develop and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and Dell Boomi.
Configure HyperFind Queries, Workforce Genies, Calendars, and Security Profiles.
Support payroll interfaces and workforce data integrations.
Perform requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and production support.
