About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition for unsecured business loans targeted at Exporters in India exporting to the US and Mexico.

/n

The role involves outbound lead generation, field sales meetings, relationship building with exporters, and developing strong channel partnershipsparticularly with banking channel partnersto generate high-quality business loan leads.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

1. Outbound Current Client Acquisition

/n

/n
- Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, referrals, networking).
/n
- Conduct field meetings with exporters to understand their working capital requirements.
/n
- Pitch unsecured business loan products tailored for exporters shipping to the US/Mexico.
/n
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement coordination.
/n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
/n

2. Channel Partnership Development

/n




- Identify and onboard Banking Relationship Managers, Freight Forwarders, Logistics providers, Fintech platforms, and Export Consultants.
/n
- Build relationships with relationship managers and branch teams in partner banks.
/n
- Generate business through bank channel referrals.
/n
- Conduct joint meetings with channel partners and clients when required.
/n
- Drive revenue contribution from channel partnerships.
/n

Eligibility & Experience

/n

/n
- 2 -7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Fintech, Banking (SME/BBG), Logistics/Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Finance, or Export Houses.
/n
- Experience in unsecured lending or export finance is highly preferred.
/n
- Proven experience in outbound sales and field-based acquisition.
/n
- Prior experience working with bank channel partnerships is a strong advantage.
/n
- Strong network among exporters, CAs, DSAs, or banking professionals preferred.
