Maintenance Supervisor Standard Equipment Performance Job Description Duties/: Shift Maintenance Leadership & Work Order Execution/: Manage daily preventive maintenance /(PM/) procedures, prioritise emergency breakdown work orders, lead and allocate shift responsibilities to mechanical and electrical personnel, and guarantee that production lines are disrupted as little as possible. Breakdown Coordination & Technical Supervision/: During complicated machinery breakdowns /(hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical/), provide direct on/-the/-floor technical guidance; confirm root cause resolution before returning equipment to production teams. TPM Implementation & Autonomous Maintenance Support/: Ensure adherence to 5S standards in tool rooms and maintenance work areas, train machine operators on Autonomous Maintenance /(Jishu Hozen/) tasks, and enforce TPM practices throughout shifts. Safety Enforcement & Permit/-to/-Work Compliance/: Ensure zero/-compromise adherence to plant EHS rules, audit technician PPE compliance, issue Permit/-to/-Work forms for hot work or elevated repairs,



and strictly enforce Lockout/Tagout protocols. Focus Skills/: Shop/-Floor Maintenance Supervision & Technical Leadership/: Demonstrated capacity to oversee, educate, and mentor interdisciplinary groups of utility, mechanical, and electrical maintenance professionals in high/-volume plant settings. Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical Troubleshooting Capabilities/: Practical supervisory expertise in identifying low/-voltage electrical systems, motor controls, hydraulic/pneumatic circuits, and mechanical faults /(bearings, gearboxes, and pumps/).
