CareerXperts Consulting is looking for a Strategy & Growth Lead – Founder’s Office to work closely with our CEO across business strategy, growth, people, marketing, employer branding, digital initiatives and recent business development.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who wants to work closely with the leadership team and gain a 360° view of building and scaling a business.
You will work directly with the CEO, help evaluate opportunities, structure decisions, develop business plans and drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution.
What You Will Own
Work Closely with the CEO
Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO by helping research,
analyse and structure important business decisions.
You will help answer questions such as:
Where should we grow? What should we build? Which markets should we enter? What should we stop doing? Where should we invest our people and resources?
Business Strategy & Planning
Support the development of annual, quarterly and long-term business strategies.
Analyse business performance, market trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
Develop business plans for new initiatives, verticals, services and markets.
Translate strategic objectives into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.
Track progress and ensure initiatives move from planning to execution.
Growth & Market Expansion
Identify new markets, industries, geographies and business prospects.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Develop strategies for market penetration, client acquisition and business expansion.
