This is a Fully remote role focused on sourcing and recruiting talent across the India market while partnering with internal teams and stakeholders.

Candidates must be based in Bengaluru to be considered for this opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT skilled hiring, supporting full-time and contract positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job boards, and internal talent databases.
- Maintain ATS records, recruiting metrics, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing partners/vendors and collaborate with them on contract hiring requirements.

What We're Seeking:

- Experience recruiting for IT/technology and/or professional services roles.
- Experience supporting both contract and full-time hiring in India.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, skills,



and technical profiles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
- Prior experience in a staffing, consulting, or recruitment agency environment.
- Experience negotiating compensation for both full-time hires (CTC) and contract resources (monthly rates/pay rates).
