We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage workers, maintain product quality, and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are met.

- Lead, allocate, and schedule the worker team.

- Monitor production processes and ensure timely completion of orders.

- Ensure product quality and workplace safety standards.

- Maintain daily production records and logs.

- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth production operations.

- Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision.

- Solid leadership and team-management skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Malayalam proficiency is mandatory.

- Ability to manage workers and production schedules effectively.

- Responsible, organized, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
