1. Position Overview

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day shift operations across designated sub-assembly and final fan assembly lines. The incumbent will ensure continuous line balancing, monitor operator productivity, verify part availability (including outsourced plastic components), and enforce quality and safety protocols on the shop floor.
1. Key Responsibilities & Duties

Supervise shift-level floor operators across designated assembly lines (motor insertion, guard fitting, blade assembly, wiring, and packaging). Ensure line readiness by verifying pre-staged components (windings, shafts, guards, and out-sourced plastic molded bodies) before production runs.





Identify and rapidly resolve immediate line bottlenecks or minor equipment faults to minimize machine downtime.

Maintain precise shift records, hourly production output tallies, material movement logs, and attendance records.

Enforce 5S housekeeping, safety gear usage (PPE), and general shop-floor discipline.

Assist the Production Manager in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operator training.

1. Qualifications & Technical Requirements

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical trade. 1 to 2 years of practical experience as a line supervisor in an electro-mechanical assembly unit, fan unit, or appliance plant.

Valuable understanding of assembly line workflow, basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and hand tool operation.

Strong floor presence, communication, and team-handling skills.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
