- Handle day-to-day production activities in the chemical manufacturing plant.
- Monitor batch production, process parameters, and production targets.
- Ensure protected handling of chemicals and compliance with EHS procedures.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
- Maintain production records, batch sheets, and process documentation.
- Identify process issues and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines
