Role Description The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Vadodara facility, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality production of modular furniture and interior fit-out components. This full-time, in office role involves planning and scheduling production activities, managing resources, and coordinating closely with design, project management, procurement, and site teams to meet project deadlines.

The Production

Manager will supervise shop-floor staff, monitor machine utilization and maintenance (including CNC equipment), enforce safety standards, and implement lean practices for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include tracking production metrics, resolving operational bottlenecks,



maintaining quality control, and supporting adherence to company and client specifications. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management and proactive collaboration to align production capacity with project pipelines.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and operations management skills, including capacity planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization in a manufacturing or modular furniture environment.
- Experience with CNC machinery and modern manufacturing technologies, with the ability to oversee maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient utilization of equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising shop-floor teams, managing performance, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and control processes, including inspection procedures, documentation, and compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Proficiency in using production management software, MS Office, and basic ERP or MIS tools for reporting, tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, project managers, procurement, and site engineers across multiple locations.
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices, with experience implementing and monitoring safety protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; experience in interiors, fit-outs, or modular furniture manufacturing is highly preferred.
