Role Description The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations for elevator and escalator projects at the Noida facility in a full-time, on-site capacity. This includes planning and scheduling production activities, coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams, and ensuring materials and components are available as required.

The role involves monitoring workflow, optimizing resource utilization, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving operational issues to maintain timelines and cost targets.

The Production

Manager will track production metrics, prepare status reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. The role also requires leading and mentoring production staff, supporting training initiatives,



and collaborating with management to align production output with business goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and operations management skills, including experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage manufacturing or assembly environments, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related mechanical/electrical industries.
- Solid understanding of safety, quality control, and compliance standards applicable to industrial and construction settings.
- Proficiency in using production management software, basic ERP tools, and MS Office for reporting and data analysis.
- Effective leadership, team supervision, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to document procedures and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in the elevator/escalator sector or building services industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and visit project locations as needed.
