Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production activities

- Achieve production targets and timelines

- Manage production teams, supervisors & workers

- Coordinate Raw Material, Cutting, Stitching, Finishing & Packing

- Maintain quality, productivity and production efficiency

- Control wastage, rejection and production delays

- Manage manpower & machine utilization

- Handle production reports, MIS and daily updates

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Vendors & Job Workers

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Textile/Home Textile Production

- Excellent team handling & leadership skills

- Production planning & problem-solving ability

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- MS Excel/MIS knowledge preferred

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
