Target-oriented approach with a focus on achieving production goals. Solid quality orientation and knowledge of QMS. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Manage production activities with daily, weekly and monthly monitoring. Monitor manpower and machine efficiency and utilization.
