Role Description The Production Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ankleshwar and Saykha.

The Production

Incharge will oversee daily plant operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring raw material usage, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and supervising production staff. The role also involves tracking production metrics, preparing basic reports, and helping implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Incharge will work closely with management to align production activities with delivery commitments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong production management and planning skills, including the ability to manage schedules, coordinate resources, and meet output targets.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, basic equipment operation, and familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in team supervision, staff coordination, and clear communication with cross-functional departments.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational issues and support continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess basic data analysis and reporting skills to monitor production performance and document key metrics.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum experice of 4 years in similar field.
- Prior experience in chemical plant operations or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
