Position- Sr. Engineer- Fettling

Working Location- H-19 CIF Satara

Qualification- B.Sc/Diploma/BE Mechanical

Work Experience- 7 to 8 years

Salary 48k to 50k CTC Per Month

Roles & responsibility as per below

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Production Planning and execution of the same with optimum consumption of resources.

2.Review of execution of plan and necessary action, wherever required.

3.Control of Non conformances at Fettling, Painting & Machining.

4.To implement 5 S activities.

5.Conducting daily meetings with inhouse & outsourced vendors regarding Fettling, Painting & Machining Production Plan.

6.Identifying and fulfilment of training needs to Fettling & Machining vendors.

7.Approval of supplier for Machining.

8.To comply with ISO/TS 16949 requirement.

9.To take corrective and preventive actions on rejection due to Fettling, Painting & Machining.

10.To provide/ensure on job training to operators

AUTHORITIES

1.Disposition of non conforming material in consultation with QA

2.Approval of CA plans on the Non conformities

3.Planning of man power

4.Take action on vendors due to high rejection & less production.
