Role Description The Production Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and assembly of parking systems and related infrastructure. Daily activities include planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain cost-effectiveness.

The Production

Engineer will prepare and update production documentation,



support continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in audits and inspections. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and clear communication with site teams and management are essential to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering knowledge, including manufacturing processes and engineering principles relevant to mechanical and automated parking systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and coordination with supply chain and installation teams.
- Candidates should possess robust Quality Control skills, including inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance with safety and ISO standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, root-cause analysis, data interpretation, and process improvement capabilities.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare reports, and interact with clients and vendors professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, or infrastructure projects, especially in parking or mobility solutions, will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, ERP or production management software, safety regulations, and lean manufacturing practices will be beneficial.
