We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic production engineer / Supervisor to join us at Dabir Precitech Pvt. Ltd.

Objectives of this role:

- Optimizing the manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality.
- Supervising the operators and get work done from them.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new production technologies.
- Monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process optimisation.

Tasks:

- Analyse and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production-related problems and implement preventative measures.




- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in production engineering.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering / DME.
- 1-3 Years of Experience as Production Supervisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic manufacturing environments.
