About the Role

We are looking for a Production Chemist with hands-on experience in cosmetic and personal care manufacturing. The candidate should have good knowledge of raw materials, batch planning, batch manufacturing, production processes, and skincare & haircare formulat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle raw material planning, checking, and dispensing as per production requirements.
- Prepare and execute batch manufacturing according to approved formulations and manufacturing procedures.
- Plan daily production batches and coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely production.
- Monitor production processes, batch parameters, and manufacturing activities.
- Maintain proper Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), production records, and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials.




- Assist the R&D;/Formulation team in creating and preparing product samples.
- Support product development, trials, and pilot batches for skincare and haircare products.
- Identify and resolve basic production-related issues during manufacturing.
- Ensure production activities are carried out according to quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, R&D;, and Stores for smooth production operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the production area.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of raw materials used in skincare and haircare products.
- Practical understanding of cosmetic manufacturing and batch processing.
- Good knowledge of batch planning and batch manufacturing processes.
- Ability to understand and follow formulations, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.
- Basic understanding of cosmetic formulations and product consistency.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy during production.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. Chemistry preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in skincare and haircare production will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
