Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of fabricated parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of production data including quantity produced, defects encountered, and rejection rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, or quality control.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards by implementing effective quality management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Heavy Fabrication Industry (Mechanical Engineering background preferred).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in reading Fabrication Drawings & Welding Engineering drawings; knowledge of GD&T; concepts an added advantage.
