Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Assistant role based in Noida.

The Production

Assistant will support daily manufacturing operations for cosmetic and personal care products, including preparing raw materials, assisting in mixing and filling processes, and ensuring production lines run smoothly. The role includes monitoring product quality during and after production, labeling and packaging finished goods, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with safety and hygiene standards.

The Production

Assistant will collaborate closely with supervisors, quality teams,



and coworkers to meet production targets, document basic production data, and help resolve routine operational issues. This position may also involve coordinating with internal stakeholders to support timely order fulfillment and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Assistance skills, including handling materials, supporting cosmetic manufacturing processes, and following standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, such as checking product consistency, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, and reporting deviations accurately.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and basic Editing skills to support clear documentation, respond courteously to internal requests, and ensure accurate product information.
- Candidates should possess Teamwork skills, including effective collaboration with production, R&D;, and quality teams, and a willingness to assist where needed.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in cosmetic or FMCG manufacturing, familiarity with GMP or similar standards, and the ability to follow written instructions in English.
- A high school diploma or vocational certification in manufacturing, chemistry, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Noida for full-time shifts.
