Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills required.
IT/SaaS recruitment experience preferred
