Job Title: Piping Design Engineer

/n

Experience: 2 to 10 Years

Location: Chhatrapati SambhajiNagar (Aurangabad)

Job Type: Full time / Permanent

Work Mode: On-site (5 Days Working)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities;

/n

/n
- Preparations of overall 3D & 2D layouts in E3D & work independently with minimum supervision. Piping layouts e.g. Fuel system, Lube oil system, steam system etc.
/n
- Supports selection and placement based on sound engineering practices.
/n
- Pipe racks, secondary steel, Platforms concepts etc. taking into consideration of piping flexibility.
/n
- 2D drawings creation for Layout drawings, site plan, grid plan and template setting & work independently with minimum supervision.
/n
- PID redlining and matching with system requirements.



· Isometrics extraction and MTO checking.
/n
- Checking of Equipment and Piping Layouts and Isometrics.
/n
- Drawings documentations & excels sheets preparations.
/n
- Clash checking with Interface Piping, Equipment & Structure.
/n
- Preparations of checklist and applicable process documents for quality aspects for the assigned tasks.
/n

/n

Required Skills & Competencies

/n

/n
- Essential · 3 to 5 years of experience in Diesel engine based power plants
/n
- Having sound knowledge and experience in 3D modelling software ( E3D / PDMS )
/n
- Must be well familiar with International codes and standards like ASME, DIN EN, and ISO etc.
/n
- Understanding of different plant related systems, preferably of Power Plant.
/n
- Understanding P&ID;, Line list and Valve list.
/n
