Billing accuracy is a critical pillar of this platform. This team owns billing corrections (credits and rebills), offline and alternative payment workflows,



and the revenue-integrity mechanisms that make advertising billing transparent and auditable end to end — serving thousands of correction requests each year from partners across Ads Sales, Finance, Accounting, and FinOps. The multi-year roadmap transforms this space into self-service and intelligent automation: AI-driven investigation of billing defects, agentic correction workflows, and advertiser-facing self-service experiences.

The Iron Mountain team is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead this Bengaluru-based team. You will:

Lead, hire, and develop a team of 8+ engineers, owning their growth, delivery, and engineering excellence
