Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will meet both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also use your skills by identifying and developing current sales opportunities.

As a Sales Engineer, you will manage the post-sales performance of ELSP & ELSB Products in Faridabad (NCR), India, specifying and implementing effective Panel Builder channel initiatives in line with global strategy.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Territory & Business Development: Manage coverage of Panel Builders, Key Industries, Building, Utility End Users, and influencers; identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to reach regional sales targets.
- Sales Pipeline & Market Intelligence: Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and share relevant market intelligence and customer insights with the Sales and Marketing teams.
