Summary

As a Workplace Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Microsoft 365 workplace services while ensuring seamless workplace operations across multiple locations. The role combines expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange On-Premises, and SharePoint On-Premises with workplace management to deliver secure, effective, and reliable collaboration services. You will oversee workplace operations, coordinate facilities and service delivery, ensure compliance with organizational standards,



and provide end-user support. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage Microsoft 365 technologies, workplace management tools, and data-driven insights to enhance employee productivity, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a high-quality workplace experience aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 workplace services, collaborating with teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Manage and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange On-Premises and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
Responsible for team decisions and provide technical guidance on workplace collaboration platforms.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
