Establish a standardized Project Management Office (PMO) framework to track consolidation milestones and workstream interdependencies.
Implement governance cadences, including weekly steering committee updates and monthly business reviews.
Manage the program roadmap, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with the broader Corporate Engineering strategic objectives.
Standardize templates, tools, and processes for temp staffing intake and onboarding to ensure consistency across the organization.

Analytics, KPI Tracking & Insights
Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track program health, budget utilization, and headcount velocity.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, and Vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
Perform deep-dive analysis on contingent labor spend to identify cost-saving prospects and headcount optimization.
Present data-driven recommendations to leadership to inform resource allocation and future staffing strategies.
