Loan Coordination & Pipeline Management
Pre-Underwriting Activities
Borrower, Loan Officer, Underwriter & Third-Party Coordination
Mortgage Document Review & Validation
Income & Asset Verification
Conditions Management
Title Review & Closing Coordination
Experience with Mortgage LOS platforms such as Encompass, Empower, BytePro, Calyx Point, LendingPad, LoanSphere, ICE Mortgage Technology,



Blend, DocuSign, Optimal Blue or similar tools

Ideal Candidate Experience:
Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Refinance, Purchase, HELOC, or other US Mortgage products
Managing multiple loan files independently
Reviewing documentation before underwriting submission
Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the mortgage lifecycle

Profiles that may not be considered:
Underwriting-only experience
Data entry or document indexing-only roles
Post-closing documentation-only roles
Limited exposure to document validation or third-party coordination
